To deepen the construction of honesty and compliant operations in overseas regions and promote the deep integration of supervision work with international business, recently, Xi Hong, General Manager of the Company's Audit and Supervision Center, Zhao Yan, Minister of the Supervision Department, and their team visited the Indonesian Nickel Industry Group to carry out the supervision grid construction project. Aimed at "integrating business and audit, empowering management, and infiltrating culture," this initiative covered multiple core park bases such as the Jakarta Office, Huayue, and IPIP, continuously strengthening the prevention and control of corruption risks in overseas operations.

At the Jakarta Office, the supervision grid project team held a project launch meeting and a leadership integrity briefing, discussing overseas honesty and compliant work with the management of the Indonesian Nickel Industry Group. Xi Hong, General Manager of the Audit and Supervision Center, stated that the Indonesian Nickel Industry Group is a crucial part of the company's international strategy. It is hoped that through the collaboration of all parties, a honesty and compliant institutional system with Huayou's characteristics, in line with international standards, and with localized features can be established to lay a solid integrity foundation for international operations.

Meanwhile, the Audit and Supervision Center specially invited representatives from 3 suppliers to attend a symposium. At the meeting, Zhao Yan, Minister of the Supervision Department, introduced Huayou's integrity system and culture to the participants and reaffirmed the necessity of honest and honesty cooperation through the sharing of typical cases.

The supervision grid project team successively visited core production bases such as the Huayue Park, IPIP Park, and Weidabei Hydrometallurgical Project Base to comprehensively advance the construction of supervision grids.

At each base, the team carried out several key tasks: conducting in-depth interviews with base leadership to accurately identify management pain points and integrity risks; organizing business-audit joint symposiums to engage in in-depth exchanges with over 100 departments of companies in the Indonesian region. Both sides analyzed potential risks and discussed risk prevention measures around the entire chain of business processes, including procurement, production, and logistics, promoting the deep integration and collaborative efforts between business and supervision.

During the project, the team focused on the immersive dissemination of integrity culture, posting Chinese-Indonesian bilingual integrity posters at each base, strengthening the promotion of reporting channels, and creating a strong atmosphere. At the same time, every effort was made to carry out integrity promotion and training, with a total of 12 promotion activities held, training 1,172 base employees, achieving multi-level and wide coverage from management to frontline staff, enhancing the integrity awareness of local employees, and improving the efficiency of honesty and compliant management.

This initiative to carry out supervision grid construction in Indonesia is an important practice of the company's "internationalization of supervision work," which not only strengthens the integrity awareness of overseas teams but also provides a replicable supervision model for the group's localized integrity governance. In the future, the Audit and Supervision Center will continue to deepen the construction of supervision grids at home and abroad, promoting the synchronous development of honesty and compliant operations and industrial layout, and continuously contributing to the high-quality development of its international business.
